This summer, Manchester’s craziest golf club is turning our attention to sunshine sipping. Our new summer cocktails are best enjoyed on our south-facing rooftop terrace. It’s not always easy to find a sunny spot for a drink in the city centre, but our’s is Manchester’s best kept secret!
The Summer Specials menu is now being served across the entire venue — including the terrace bar — and features a mix of fruity, playful, sweetshop nostalgic cocktails (plus a more current viral favourite):
Meet Your Matcha – the trendiest cocktail of the summer – a creamy tropical mash-up with strawberry puree and Absolut Vanilia, and a whipped matcha cream top that’s basically dessert in a cup. (Can also be made as a mocktail if you want your matcha fix a little earlier in the day).
Watermelon Kool-er – El Sueño Watermelon, lime and agave with a Kool-Aid sugar. Think American soda meets Mexican margarita.
Lost in Amalfi – a peachy spritz with Malfy Limone, Italicus and apricot brandy. It’s like sipping sunshine on the Italian coast.
Peach Cobbler Shot – goes down dangerously easy. Part of the 3-for-£10 on ‘Hole In Ones’ deal – a bargain offer on a range of sweets-flavoured shooters (others include rhubarb and custard, Crunchie bar, and bubblegum).

Aperol Blush – Aperol, strawberry, blood orange and lemon soda for golden hour sipping

Vimto On The Beach – Fizzy Vimto meets Absolut Wild Berry and Archers in this chaotic northern remix
Raspberry Lemonade – Limoncello, Absolut Raspberri and cream soda. Zingy, fizzy, gone in a flash.

For those who want to mix sun with silliness, there’s a full 3-course crazy golf experience just inside — created from pre‑loved junk, featuring UV‑lit scrapyard slides, an abandoned circus and jungle‑bathtub chaos.
