To ensure everyone is safe and has the best possible time at Junkyard, we may conduct bag searches at specific times in our venues. This is done by a member of the security team at managements discretion. CCTV is in operation in all our venues.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment! Walk in tickets are available at caddy shack reception upon arrival, however these are limited so there is no guarantee! We advise that you get there early for your best chance! Our tickets usually are online up to 3 months in advance to purchase via Ticket Co who are our external ticketing company.
Walk-ins are welcome all day, every day! Please bear in mind that at peak times or for larger groups there may be a short wait to get on to the course, but there’s a bar for that!
Please also note that these tickets are limited and are on a first come first served basis and therefore there are no guarantees. We recommend you book online in advance to secure your place!

We allow supervised under 18’s at the following times ONLY:
Sunday to Thursday before 7pm, last entry 6pm. One paying adult must supervise every 4 under 18s.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy and ID will be required when entering the yard! Photos or scans of valid IDs will not be accepted.
Tickets are charged at a “peak” and “off peak” rate
Off-peak tickets are applicable Sun – Thurs and are £8.00 per ticket per person
Peak tickets are applicable Fri – Sat and are £9.50 per ticket per person

Maximum players per time slot is 8 players therefore if you have more than 8 players you will have to split your group up over more than one slot. i.e. 5 tickets at 18:00 and 5 tickets at 18:10 on the same course.

For group sizes below 20, you may find that you’ll need to book across consecutive time slots. You should split your party into groups of a maximum of 8. So, have a think in advance about who’s gonna play with who. Pro-tip for victory: putt yourself with the worst players! 😉
Due to the uniqueness of each of our venues, access for each site and of our courses vary. Some of our sites require entrances via stairs and some have lifts/escalators. We advise you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your visit if you feel you may require additional support or should you have any questions at all regarding access.
Our team will be more than happy to assist. Please consider that at each location, access to golf courses may be limited for anyone experiencing mobility issues. All of our courses involve different levels, ramps, steps, lower level obstacles, uneven edges and restrictive spacing. In some venues, toilets may be situated on a different level. There is limited seating available in each venue. We’d hate for anyone to be disappointed on the day, so it’s really important you get in touch with us as soon as possible before making a booking to discuss any needs you or members of your party may have on email@example.com. Where customers are required to bring additional participants to facilitate their visit they will incur no extra cost.
Any more and you’ll slow down all the other putters behind you, we don’t want any brawls on the yard!

Here you can select up to 8 tickets for every 10-minute time slot.
To ensure each course runs smoothly our maximum number allowed on a hole at a time is 8. You can book each smaller group spread across consecutive time slots i.e. 8 people @18:00, 8 people @18:10 etc. How you divide your group up is completely up to you!
If you have split your group over consecutive time slots there’ll be around 10 minutes between each group, but not to worry we have some great drinks available to keep you occupied!

In exceptional circumstances as a good-will gesture, we may be able to issue you with a refund or re-book you for another day. This is at the customer service representatives discretion. Please email email@example.com with proof of your booking and the venue you’ve booked for and we’ll be in touch!
We may offer a refund if you give us 48 hours notice prior to your booking. This does not apply to group bookings.
We can also change booking/time slots if you give us 24 hours notice. This does not apply to group bookings.

Unfortunately, slots do sell out quickly, particularly on the weekends. Fear not, there are a few options:
– If it’s a for few extra people, book them on the following time slot and they won’t be too far behind the rest of your group.
– Don’t forget that there are also a limited number of walk-in slots that are available to buy at the venue on the day. You could always get down earlier to buy one of those!
Unfortunately not. Walk-in tickets are only available to buy from the venue on the day. It’d be unfair on all the other putters to prioritise, sorry!
That depends on when your booking is, the ability of the players in your group, how many are in your group and how many party drinks you’ve had! The average is an hour.
We recommend leaving 45 minutes to avoid missing your second round. You can always get a drink and some snacks whilst you wait!

Students can get 50% off golf Sunday – Thursday via the UNiDAYS app, or rock up on the day for tickets on the door. Please note you will be required to bring a valid student ID upon arrival for walk-up tickets. Terms & Conditions apply ✌️
Emergency service workers get 50% off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Simply show up with your ID. These tickets cannot be booked in advance though, walk-ins only! Terms & Conditions apply ✌️
UNiDAYS discount is valid off-peak days only and applies to educational institutions which are registered on the UNiDAYS app, for any direct UNiDAYS enquiries, please contact UNiDAYS here.
Emergency Services discount applies to those who own a Blue light ID card or is a member of the Armed Forces.
At least 2 weeks before the event, but the sooner the better please. If you haven’t paid by then, we’ll have to release your tickets. The majority of our reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance, so for us to have any chance to re-sell them we have to stick strictly to this rule.
