Frequently Asked

What security measures do you do?

To ensure everyone is safe and has the best possible time at Junkyard, we may conduct bag searches at busy or specific times at our venues. This is done by a doorman, with CCTV in operation.

How far is it from your Brick Lane venue?

We’re just a 10 min walk from our Brick Lane venue to our new Worship Street venue so if you accidentally head to the wrong place don’t panic!

Why can’t I book course Bruce anymore?

In our new venue, we’ll be waving bye to our old pal Bruce to welcome a new (even weirder) course, watch this space…

What’s new?

Apart from a brand new themed course, we’ll still be bringing epic crazy golf, mad cocktails and all the bad puns to our new yard (but this time in a shinier new venue!)

Where’s the nearest tube for Worship Street?

Our nearest tube and train station is Liverpool Street Station, just 5 mins away.

What’s your under 18s policy?

Our under 18s policy remains the same across both venues. With under 18s permitted at the following times only:

I want to book a large group booking of over 20 people, how do I enquire?

Head to our group bookings page here, or contact!

I’m waiting on a response via email…

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Most answers to our frequently asked questions can be found below.

We get a lotta emails so please allow 48 hours for a response! If you email again on the same thread your email may go to the bottom of the pile so please be a patient putter!

If you feel your enquiry is urgent you can contact us via our twitter account @junkyardgolf or by DM’ing our Facebook page and we’ll be back in touch ASAP.

What’s it gonna cost me?!

Sun – Weds: £10.50
Thurs – Sat: £12.50

SICK. When should we turn up?!

At least 20 minutes before your timeslot, PRETTY PLEASE! We’re often pretty busy and need to get you ready to putt before you get onto the course. Any other free time can be spent getting in the party drinks… we’ll take a Ribena Turner, thanks 😉

Can’t I just leave a deposit and pay the rest on the night?

Afraid not, sorry! We can only reserve tickets once they’ve all been paid for in advance, we always recommend booking online.

So, what if there are more of us than the amount of tickets that are available online?

If you have a group of OVER 20 playas, please email

For group sizes below that amount, you may find that you’ll have to book across consecutive time slots. Bear in mind that when you’re playing we’ll split your party into groups of a maximum of 8 anyway. So, have a think in advance about who’s gonna play with who. Pro-tip for victory: putt yourself with the worst players! 😉

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Due to the uniqueness of each of our venues, access for each site and of our courses vary. Some of our sites require entrances via stairs. We advise you to contact in advance of your visit if you feel you may require additional support or should you have any questions at all regarding access. Our team will be more than happy to assist. Please consider that at each location, access to golf courses may be limited for anyone experiencing mobility issues. All of our courses involve different levels, ramps, steps, lower level obstacles, uneven edges and restrictive spacing. In some venues, toilets may be situated on a different level. There is limited seating available in each venue. We’d hate for anyone to be disappointed on the day, so it’s really important you get in touch with us as soon as possible before making a booking to discuss any needs you or members of your party may have on Where customers are required to bring additional participants to facilitate their visit they will incur no extra cost.

I can’t find a contact number?!

We don’t have a contact telephone number I’m afraid, our venues are way too loud! You are best contacting us on our social platforms to give us heads up or drop us an email with details of your booking to:

Why do you only allow 8 people per time slot?

Any more and you’ll slow down all the other putters behind you, we don’t want any brawls on the yard!

How do I book for more than 8 people?!

To purchase tickets and to see our availability, simply click through to ‘Book Now’ on the top right of the website, where you can select your preferred date, time and course:

Here you can select up to 8 tickets for every 10-minute time slot.

To ensure each course runs smoothly our maximum number allowed on a hole at a time is 8. You can book each smaller group spread across consecutive time slots i.e. 8 people @18:00, 8 people @18:10 etc. How you divide your group up is completely up to you!

If you have split your group over consecutive time slots there’ll be around 10 minutes between each group, but not to worry we have some great drinks available to keep you occupied!

Alternatively, you can split your group a similar way but over multiple courses which will mean you’ll all start and finish at relatively the same time, i.e. 8 @18:00 Pablo, 8 @18:00 Bozo etc.

I’m going to be late or can’t make my booking, what should I do?

You are best contacting us on our social platforms to give us heads up or drop us an email with your booking confirmation:

I’ve missed my booking, do I get my money back?

We don’t do refunds, sorry!

In exceptional circumstances as a good-will gesture, we may be able to issue you with a refund or re-book you for another day. This is at the customer service representatives discretion. Please email with proof of your booking and the venue you’ve booked for and we’ll be in touch!

Can I get a refund or change my time slot?

We may offer a refund if you give us 48 hours notice prior to your booking. This does not apply to group bookings.

We can also change booking/time slots if you give us 24 hours notice. This does not apply to group bookings.

We do not offer refunds or rebookings if you are asked to leave or denied entry to our venues, for more information please see our Terms & Conditions.

Some of our group can come, but some can’t. What happens here?

Please contact and we’ll see what we can do.

Oops, I forgot to add an additional playa to the booking! How do I add them?

Get yourself back on the ticketing page and buy an additional ticket for the same time slot on the same course, simple huh?

But, it’s sold out!

Unfortunately, slots do sell out quickly, particularly on the weekends. Fear not, there are a few options:
– If it’s a for few extra people, book them on the following time slot and they won’t be too far behind the rest of your group.
– Don’t forget that there are also a limited number of walk-in slots that are available to buy at the venue on the day. You could always get down earlier to buy one of those!

Can’t you just squeeze one or two more people on?

Unfortunately not. Walk-in tickets are only available to buy from the venue on the day. It’d be unfair on all the other putters to prioritise, sorry!

How long does it take to get around the course?

That depends on when your booking is, the ability of the players in your group, how many are in your group and how many party drinks you’ve had! The average is an hour.

We’re playing 2 courses. How much of a gap should we leave?

We recommend leaving 45 minutes to avoid missing your second round. You can always get a drink and some snacks whilst you wait!

What kind of food do you do?

Get involved with our selection of hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and pick ’n’ mix available at our main bar!

Can we reserve tables?

Afraid not, sorry. It’s generally not too much of a wait to get one though!

Do you do any discounts?

HELL YEAH! Students can get 50% off golf every Monday and Tuesday via the UNiDAYS app, or rock up on the day for tickets on the door. Please note you will be required to bring a valid student ID upon arrival for walk-up tickets.

Emergency service workers get 50% off on Mondays and Tuesdays. Simply show up with your ID. These tickets cannot be booked in advance though, walk-ins only!

For corporate bookings of over 20, how long before the event do we have to pay our invoice?

At least 2 weeks before the event, but the sooner the better please. If you haven’t paid by then, we’ll have to release your tickets. The majority of our reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance, so for us to have any chance to re-sell them we have to stick strictly to this rule.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

‘Fraid not right now, but we are looking into this for the future!

When’s the last tee off time?

Mon – Sat: 10PM
Sun: 9PM

I would like to speak to someone about my Junkyard Golf Club experience. Who can I contact?
