We continue to work hard to build a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive and reflective of our guests and the communities that we operate in.

These data are reflective of the 263 team members on our payroll when the snapshot was taken.

We are pleased to see that since last year our mean pay gap drop from 9% to 2% and the median pay gap from 25% to our target of 0%.  The split between men and women in each quartile band is also now consistent at all levels. We will continue to use these data to provide a benchmark for improvement and to drive conversation and action within the leadership team to effect positive change
